Returnable Items
Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. In order to return an item, you must request a return label from us. Return shipping is free on every order, regardless of how many return labels are required to ship your item back to our retailer.
Return labels must be used within the 30 day return window. Items returned after the 30 day return window may not be refunded.
Any return to a store will result in delayed refund processing. If you return your item to the retailer’s store, we will require evidence that the retailer has received the item(s) at their store (e.g. a receipt from the retailer showing the item was returned).
How To Return
To start a return, log in to your account and find the link for returns. If you checked out as a guest and wish to make a return, please click here to look up your order and request a return label.
Returns are available only through DHL. You can send your return back by:
Dropping the return off at a DHL location
Placing the return in a dedicated DHL drop box or alternate delivery location.
When shipping a return back, please follow these guidelines:
Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Each item must be returned to a specific location. Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package.
Each return label is assigned to a specific return. Do not include items from multiple orders or retailers in the same box. It could result in your refund from being processed in a timely basis.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not currently available. You must purchase the replacement product separately and return the original product for a refund.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale products are not returnable for a refund unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was received.

Refund Processing
All returns will be processed within 5 business days from the date the retailer receives your package. Upon confirmation from the retailer, we will process the refund within 2 business days.
Depending on your method of payment, your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your billing statement.
Request a Return Label
We respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of merchandise for a refund.
The following rules apply:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it. i.e. unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
Retailers reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Did you receive my return?
Returns are made directly to the retailer. Please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking number for your records. Once the retailer has received and processed your return, you will receive a notification via e-mail confirming that a refund has been issued.
If it’s been more than 7 days since your return has been received by the retailer, please contact our customer experience team and we can work with the retailer to provide an update on your refund status.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund processing times will vary by retailer. For most retailers, you will receive an e-mail confirming the refund as soon as it is processed. Once a refund is issued, it may take 3-5 business days before the refund appears in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. Please note that most refunds are applied to your original payment method.
